2-Point Perspective Drawing
The title of my drawing is 2-Point Perspective Drawing. We were to draw something in 2-point perspective, as well as include an element of human flesh. I used an ebony drawing pencil, kneaded eraser, and a pink eraser to create this drawing. I chose to draw a house, and for the flesh element I chose to draw a leg coming out from behind the house like someone is walking from behind the house. The horizon line of the drawing is toward the bottom. The vanishing points go off the page, so to be able to draw the lines to the vanishing points I put strips of paper on the back of the paper to extend it. I focused on having a wide range of value and correctly incorporating Da Vinci’s Six Parts of Light. I feel like I incorporated both of those things correctly. Overall, I am happy with how the drawing turned out.
