Rachel Witt 

My drawing is titled “Still Life Drawing”. We were to bring in three items from home and draw them. I brought a mug, owl shaped salt shaker, and a bottle of lotion. To complete this drawing I used, an ebony drawing pencil, a pink eraser, and a kneaded eraser. I really focused on making sure to have a full value scale in my drawing. I also focused on Da Vinci’s Six Parts of Light. I also made sure to keep in mind other things we have learned in class, such as, having a variety of line quality and a good composition. I think I did a good job on having a full value scale as well as using Da Vinci’s Six Parts of Light correctly. Overall, I am very happy with this drawing and how in turned out.
